How Trucks Brought Some Relief After Hurricane Matthew
Fleets of rental trucks can be used for more than just work projects. They can also be a great help for natural disaster clean up. As most of you know, Hurricane Matthew plowed through Haiti, eastern Cuba, The Bahamas, and the southeastern states, primarily Florida.
Thanks to the military, emergency services and fleets of rental trucks, storm relief seemed retainable. A variety of vehicles were used to assist in clean up after Hurricane Matthew hit. Some of the larger trucks were sent to deliver thousands of sand bags to the hardest hit areas. The sand bags helped contain the flooding, so that the hurricane wreckage could be contained to an extent.
The brave men and women who come in rescue homes and families after a hurricane deserve trucks that are reliable and won’t let them down when the job gets especially tough.
