Getting Your Crew and Equipment to the Job Site
You just landed that big contract out-of-state, but now you’re faced with some problems: getting equipment, materials and your crew to the job site while not breaking the bank in the process. That’s where Summit Fleet can help.
Our Chevy and Ford model ½ ton, ¾ ton, 1 ton and 1.5 ton commercial truck rentals are all equipped for towing, and each can carry up to five passengers with enough room left over for personal items and tools.
Towing
Need to bring temporary employee housing or office space to the work site? Summit Fleet allows gooseneck and 5th wheel towing, as long as you follow appropriate guidelines from the manufacturer as well as state and local regulations. You can tow as many trailers necessary to set up your on-site base camp.
Every business owner is looking for ways to save on fuel costs for their business and employees and passenger friendly. Our trucks allow employees to carpool to the job site, which means less overall driving time and less stress for your crew. Wouldn’t it be a dream to rest on your way to work while someone else drove you there?
Carpooling in rental trucks also helps reduce engine emissions, keeps the air clean and makes for happy employees since they can save on gas.
Wear and Tear
We understand that equipment damage happens when you’re out on the road, hard at work. That’s why they make it very clear about the difference between damage and normal wear and tear in their contracts. Also, we know accidents happen and won’t overcharge you if unexpected damage occurs.
No matter where your job site is located or how large your next project is, we have multiple inventory hubs nationwide and can deliver the right number and model of commercial truck rentals to wherever you need them, so you can spend less time planning and more time working.
